About

Dyenamic Media helps small businesses and entrepreneurs build automated marketing systems so that they can effortlessly make more sales and capture more leads.

You offer a great product or service. Your customers love you, but you can’t quite figure out why your sales are flat or why no one is paying attention to your social media content. You want new customers and want to increase sales, but you’re not sure how to get people to pay attention to you.

So what are some ways you can get prospective customers to listen? For starters, you need to tell a compelling story about how your product or service can make their life better. When you have this message nailed, you need to leverage online media to shout it loud and proud!

This is where we see a lot of small businesses and entrepreneurs struggle. Some are scared of the tech and tools needed to build a website that converts leads into sales. Some are frustrated at the effort it takes to keep up with social media, and they quickly get discouraged when it’s not contributing to the bottom line (we’ve all been there). And others don’t have the time to write, build and schedule email campaigns.

Stop wasting hours, days, months or even years to figure out your marketing. You have a bazillion of other things you need to do. It’s time to hire an expert who can remove the guesswork and design a strategy that grows your business.

Michele Dye, M.A.

Founder and Chief Strategist

Michele Dye is a creative entrepreneur, marketing maven and a teacher at heart. She founded Dyenamic Media LLC to help small businesses and entrepreneurs grow their businesses through profitable online marketing strategies. Her brain is constantly churning out creative ideas, whether it’s an innovative digital subscription product for a local florist or helping a hair salon pivot during the pandemic.

After working 18 years in communications and marketing for universities and sports teams, Michele quit her job and went back to school to pursue a master’s in executive leadership. This experience fueled her desire to run her own business where she can serve small business owners and entrepreneurs. She has a knack for identifying problems and coming up with creative solutions, and she loves working with businesses to develop new digital products to diversify their revenue streams.

An award-winning designer, Michele enjoys bringing brands to life through creative visuals. She also has a professional background in photography and has served as a team photographer for the Florida Gators football team during the Tim Tebow era. Prior to that opportunity, she photographed several NFL and MLB games, as well as a wide range of collegiate sports (back when cameras had film).

Pre-pandemic, you could find Michele on the tennis courts after work or shopping at Lilly Pulitzer with her schnauzer, Lucy. Now she just stays home 24/7 dreaming up the next great creative strategy that her clients will love. In 2020, she launched Dyenamic Career Goals, a series of online courses and tools that help professionals accelerate their career growth. This passion project is based on her career experiences and extensive research in grad school, and her goal is to help women shatter the glass ceiling.

 Lucy Dye

Chief Happiness Officer

Lucy Dye is the chief happiness officer for Dyenamic Media. She’s a 10-year-old rescued standard schnauzer and has been with Michele’s family since she was 5 months old. Lucy fills her family’s hearts (and their iPhone camera rolls) with pure love. When stressful days are had, Lucy is ready to cuddle and instantly turn any frowns upside down. Some of Lucy’s favorite things are going for car rides, beard surfing and playing catch with her squeaky Kong tennis balls.

As Dyenamic Media’s Chief Happiness Officer, Lucy spends her day making her humans laugh with her crazy antics and spunky personality. Being this cute is exhausting, so she’ll retreat for a nap under Michele’s desk. Her other primary job that she takes very seriously is to alert everyone when Amazon packages arrive.

Lucy is incredibly smart and knows several commands like: big trick (it involves a lot of twirling and howling), roll over, shake, high-five, sit pretty, stay, leave it, give, huddle up (when playing football), hug, and the ever-popular touchdown. She knows all of her toys by name and will fetch them as instructed.

A fan favorite, Lucy’s adventures are chronicled on Instagram. She usually accompanies Michele to meetings and photo shoots in her pink stroller, complete with a fan, cooling pad, bottled water and treats.

“When in need of consulting services for CJF Marketing International, I turned to Dyenamic Media. Immediately Michele was able to jump right into an existing project, analyze the situation and come up with solutions to make sure the project would be successfully taken to completion in a timely manner. I was most impressed with her writing and editing skills, and because of that, she will have full control over the blog section of our website.”
